At first, you need to create an account on GTmetrix, and it’s totally free. From the dashboard, you can select the option “Chrome, Android, Galaxy Nexus” and test your loading
Till now, it’s a beta test, and it can check only Android devices. I think it’s a good start point to check mobile website loading time. Google page speed insights are a proper tool suggested by Google. Rather, it is a performance testing tool. It will not test your website loading time. Here I have attached a screenshot. I found some issues with my mobile website after using Google page speed insights. You can also run a test for your whole website and see how your site is operating. I think Google page speed insights, performance checking tool is mostly for developers.
